Our Chapter 13 Bankruptcy Practice
In a Chapter 13 proceeding, you agree to restructure all your debts and create a payment plan over a three to five year period. Some of your crediters may actually get paid nothing from your plan. Your creditors must stop all attempts to collect the debt from you.
